Frauke Boakyewaa Owusu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Wisconsin International University College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG), and was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2025.
Frauke is a Tax Consultant and Team Lead with extensive experience in taxation, accounting, auditing, finance, and legal advisory services. With over nine years of professional experience, she advises businesses and individuals on tax compliance, tax planning, tax audits, tax dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
Her unique combination of qualifications as a Lawyer, Chartered Accountant, and Professional Tax Practitioner enables her to provide practical and commercially focused solutions that address both the legal and financial aspects of taxation. Prior to her current role, she served as Finance Director of the Organisation for Strategic Development in Africa (OSDA), where she gained significant experience in financial management, governance, and compliance.
As Team Lead, Frauke is committed to delivering innovative tax solutions, managing complex tax matters, and supporting clients in navigating Ghana’s evolving tax and regulatory environment.
Outside her professional work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and dancing.
