About Us

Samuel specializes in quality accounting systems management, management consulting and auditing. He is a chartered accountant and an audit practitioner licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) to practice as an auditor in accordance with the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
Quality systems assurance, internal and external auditing, taxation, regulatory compliance, back-office accounting and systems implementation are specific areas of expertise acquired from working with companies of different sizes across varying industries in Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia. He has managed external audits and consulted for a number of companies including; The Palace Group, Compu Ghana Ltd, Auto Plaza Company Ltd, Primetime Company Ltd, Nurevas Foods Ghana Ltd, Balanced View Telecom Ltd, The Solon Group (Sierra Leone & Liberia) amongst others. Samuel received his BSc. in Business Administration (Accounting option) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and MBA from University of Ghana Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He takes keen interest in the growth trajectory of start-ups and SMEs and provides advisory services in that regard.
