We provide expert audit and accountancy services as well as multi-disciplinary consultancy to businesses and individuals.
Samuel specializes in quality accounting systems management, management consulting and auditing. He is a chartered accountant and an audit practitioner licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) to practice as an auditor in accordance with the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
Quality systems assurance, internal and external auditing, taxation, regulatory compliance, back-office accounting and systems implementation are specific areas of expertise acquired from working with companies of different sizes across varying industries in Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia. He has managed external audits and consulted for a number of companies including; The Palace Group, Compu Ghana Ltd, Auto Plaza Company Ltd, Primetime Company Ltd, Nurevas Foods Ghana Ltd, Balanced View Telecom Ltd, The Solon Group (Sierra Leone & Liberia) amongst others. Samuel received his BSc. in Business Administration (Accounting option) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and MBA from University of Ghana Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He takes keen interest in the growth trajectory of start-ups and SMEs and provides advisory services in that regard.
Audit Lead & Managing Consultant
Raphael’s specialty is in financial reporting and management accounting techniques. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Management Accountant. He is passionate about financial controls, risk management and ensuring that businesses achieve their full potential. Raphael has worked with Leasafric as the accountant and also Hensap Hotel where he instituted structural controls and management procedures that drived the growth of the company. He also worked as a Senior Audit Associate at Ayew, Agyeman and Co (Chartered Accountants) carrying out external audit assignments and other consultancy engagements for the firm.
He is an accounting graduate from the University of Education, Winneba and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA GLOBAL, UK).
He holds an MBA in Petroleum Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies Graduate School. Raphael brings on board high extensive knowledge in the Oil and Gas upstream sector in Ghana and his management accounting experience to deliver great support to Small and Medium Enterprises in Ghana.
